In 2004, four women came together to premiere at the Adelaide Cabaret Festival. The idea was simple: four mighty voices and four sparkling personalities giving their fresh, contemporary take on some of the greatest songs of the 20th century. The show was critically acclaimed and a smash hit with audiences.

Naomi Eyers, Libby O'Donovan, Melissa McCaig and Lee McAllistair have since gone on to make Women with Standards a triumph internationally, making their debut at the Edinburgh Fringe last year. Backed by a Big Band, these four not only set the standard: they raise it every time they appear.
