TANGO FIRE, Argentina's leading tango company from Buenos Aires, returns to Australia in June & July touring Mandurah, Perth, Adelaide, Sydney, Canberra, the Gold Coast and Brisbane with its thrilling show TANGO FIRE.

TANGO FIRE is an irresistible journey through the history of this most seductive of dance forms, with a whirlwind of costume changes from designer Mariel Bobek. Period duets evoke the glitter and danger of the barrios where the dance was born, and the heady nostalgia of the early dance halls where it was popularised. The modern choreography is edged with the sharp sophistication of contemporary Argentina and mirrors the seduction, sadness, passion, strength and weakness of Buenos Aires.

AUDIENCE MILONGA - Prior to the performance of Tango Fire audience members are invited to take part in our pre-performance 30 minute MILONGA (a Tango) on the stage of the Festival Theatre.
The Tango Fire Milonga will commence 45 minutes prior to the commencement of the performance 4:15pm - 4:45pm.

No stiletto shoes will be allowed on stage.
