Season Ticket Exchange

Welcome to the BASS@HOME AAMI Stadium Season Ticket Exchange!

Can't make it to a game? Holders of Adelaide Crows Football Club Season Tickets, and AAMI Stadium Ultimate and Essential Memberships can now support their club by sharing their season ticket securely and safely with family and friends.

Using BASS@Home, you can email a temporary version of your ticket to a friend so they can attend the match in your place, without running the risk of losing your Season Pass. Click here for an example ticket.

How do I use the BASS@Home Season Ticket Exchange?
Just follow these 4 simple steps:

  1. Log In using the form below
    If you have multiple memberships/season tickets, you will need to complete this process for each individual ticket you wish to exchange.
    Each individual membership/season pass will have its own unique Account Number (A). The password for each account is the barcode on the reverse of the card (B).
     
    SANFL:

    (NB. SANFL Members do not use the SA prefix if your Account Number has one.)
     
    Crows:

  2. Choose the match you can't attend
  3. Enter your friend's e-mail address
    (You can choose to have a copy of the ticket sent to yourself)
  4. Confirm the details of the ticket you are exchanging.
  5. That's it!
Your friend will then have to do the following:
  1. After receiving an e-mail from season.exchange@bass.net.au, open and print the attached PDF (Adobe Acrobat Required)
  2. On game day, bring the printout and any concession cards required to AAMI Stadium.
  3. Fold along the dotted line and place the barcode side up into the turnstile, enter, find your seat and enjoy the game!
